Hire periods are charged in 30-minute intervals with a minimum hire period of 1 hour.

Hire includes room set up as per your requirements, including tables and chairs. Use of hot water urn, cups and saucers are included, however tea/coffee/sugar/milk is not provided.

The Parish Suite is hired out in multiples of 1 hour with a minimum hire time of 2 hours.

To qualify for the Killamarsh Parish residents hire rate the hirer must provide proof of residency in Killamarsh by way of Council Tax Bill/Utility Bill/ Bank Statement.

Bar extension on Friday or Saturday evening until midnight - £60 flat fee.

Commercial Kitchen hire - £60 flat fee. We have caterers we recommend; you are welcome to use your own but we will require a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and Food Hygiene certificate (minimum level 2 required).

Allotment plots are charged at £25 per year. Payment of allotment rent us usually collected from April each year.
