Who are Killamarsh Parish Council?

Killamarsh Parish Council consists of 15 elected Councillors who serve for a four year term. All Councillors are voluntary and receive no payment whatsoever. All Councillors must sign to say that they will abide by the Member's Code of Conduct whilst serving in office.

The Parish Office is located at Killamarsh Community Hub (Old CLOC Building), Sheffield Road, Killamarsh, S21 1DY

Council Meetings - Meetings of the Full Parish Council, generally take place on the fourth Monday of the month (with some exceptions) in Killamarsh Community Hub. See the diary of meetings for more information.

Our Councillors are elected or co-opted, if you would like to become a Councillor or find out more about what they do then please contact the Parish Clerk who will be happy to advise you further.

Our committees have specific tasks to support the delivery of Parish Council services and can have delegated powers.

The Parish Councillors represent Killamarsh Parish Council to Outside Bodies as detailed below. However, it should be noted that representation does not allow an individual Councillor or the chairman to make a decision on behalf of the Council.
